My name is Jedediah King, and I worked in Construction for 3 years and in the fall of 2024 decided to start my own business called King's Maintenance Inc. Our goal is to provide many different maintenance services that most home owners/property managers run into, and to be an excellent resource for them. Cost: $1.25-$2.50 per linear ft
of Gutter
Discount of 15% if linear ft exceeds

Commercial/ Residential Lawn Mowing/Care
Cost: $60-$150 per Cut
Other Lawn Care:
Weed removal, Leaf Removal,
Bush removal, etc
Cost: $45/hrs
Commercial/ Residential Snow Blowing
Cost: $55-$145
Commercial/ Residential Interior Updates
Paint, Drywall, Trim, Etc
Cost: $45/hrs + Materials (if needed)
Other Upkeep
Cost $45/hrs
